When I moved into Westbrook, it was an excellent place. The management under
George Zane and Zeremba was great. The maintenance attention was terrific,
clean, and convenient to the major freeways and shopping centers.
Unfortunately, I am not impressed with the new owners, who is K & D. Since
they took over, they have raised rents even up to $50 and also within the
last few weeks tenants have been moving out like I never witnessed before
at
this complex. They don't provide quality service as they claim, such
as putting lease renewals on a tenants door, so anyone can read it,instead
of mailing leases out to tenants.
