Amplified Arts is simply about the business of putting together quality events in pursuit of creating a sense of "magic," if you will. Towards that end, we don't spend all our money on advertising, buying lists or gimmicks. Instead, we put our money and energy into selecting quality, high end components, music and excellent staffing to create the best events for your money that we can. As a result, a lot of our business is repeat and referral business. Our primary strengths can be summarized best in the paragraphs that follow:
First, thes staff at Amplified Arts is well trained and experienced. They are trained to use their knowledge and experience with music to create an ambiance of a polished, high quality event, to please the clientelle and to move the party along smoothly. As a result, you can rest assured that your event--be it a private party, corporate event, wedding or other special occasion--will be a treasured memory.
Second, Amplified Arts features a list of components with names that accomplished musicians intrinsically trust. This list includes: Bag End speakers, JBL Speakers, Shure microphones, Crown and Mackie Amplifiers. The list goes on. The result? Pure and transparent sound that has to be experienced to be believed!
Third, Amplified Arts has an excellent and ever-expanding library of music that has excellent coverage of most popular genres, including: traditional wedding music, "Golden Oldies", pop, rock, Blues, hip hop, rap, house, Christian, swing, jazz and current, "Top 40" music. Whereas our library does not feature every song out there, we are confident that we can meet and exceed your music needs!
As such, Amplified Arts is not the lowest priced disc jockey service out there. However, we are a very strong value for the money. Our wedding packages currently start at $400 for the first three hours and $50 per half hour after that.

When playing a selection of music for a family anniversary in 1996, someone suggested that he pursue the DJ business. Following up on the lead, Juan apprenticed under a very experienced local DJ.
Then, in 1997, Ayllon purchased the requisite equipment and founded Amplified Arts. Using the same care he used as an audiophile to purchase select, quality equipment and music, Juan provided a firm foundation upon which he has since built upon.
Since then, he has been playing music for weddings, corporate events, singles events, private parties and Murder Mystery dinners.

We would like to write a letter of recommendation for Juan Ayllon of Amplified Arts. Juan was the DJ for our wedding on September 13, 2003. We met him prior to the wedding and discussed all of the music we had in mind not only for the dance, but the background music during cocktails and the dinner as well.
The music was just excellent. He played all of our suggestions and the timing of the events from announcing the wedding party through the father daughter dance flowed perfectly because of Juan's role in the evening. He had the dance floor full the entire evening.
