Standard Window Menu

A standard window menu is needed, developers can't decide between minimize window, minimize, or in the worst case miniaturize window this creates inconsistency among applications. Another such example of inconsistency, should the close window/document go under the window menu or file menu? Somebody has to fix this before we start seeing different applications with the same command (such as copy) and different keyboard shortcuts (a.k.a Windows, ctrl + L, ctrl + C or ctrl + Y).

• Tile Windows (Windows are aligned vertically. To see what I mean open multiple documents in Photoshop, the select Tile under the Window Menu and you'll get the picture)
• Group Windows (Windows are contained within one window, they appear as tabs)
• Cascade Windows (Windows are layered windows line up from the top left corner to the bottom right corner see below).
• Collapse Window (Windowshade)
• Switch Windows (All keyboard commands MUST be under an equivalent menu for consistency, more on that here.)

Select collapse window from the window menu or double click on the titlebar of a window, command + double click on the titlebar to make the window semi-transparent
