With the written consent of the client, JTF Promotions will create and run their official fan club. We will work closely with the Client to create the type of fan club they want to offer their fans.
We can offer everything from newsletters and contests to merchandise and club parties. You tell us what you want and we will create a fan club that you and your fans will love.
Official Mailing Lists
This is one of our favorite services that we offer. The mailing list, which is created on YahooGroups, is the fastest way to communicate with fans!
These lists have become increasingly popular over the past few years. Recently, record labels have adopted this system to run promotion street teams for various artists.
Your official mailing list will be your greatest communication tool. Anything you need the fans to know can be sent to them within minutes! This service is also free to the client since there is no charge to use YahooGroups.
Press Kits
If you need a press kit to give to your managers, agents, etc, we can create one for you. This will be a joint effort, in that you will be needed for information and certain items.
We ask that the client set aside some time for an interview with one of out staff members. During this interview we will gather information for the profile article, bio and fact sheet. We also ask that the client provide his/her headshot and resume. The only cost for this service will be for printing and the purchase of materials. This amount will depend on how many press kits are needed.

Concert & Industry Event Assistance
The staff of JTF Promotions is more than happy to volunteer at events for artists who may or may not be on our client roster. We have experience assisting at in-stores (Ricky Martin), concerts (LA radio station Super Estrella's Reventon concert), private performances (Emanuel Kiriakou) and fan parties.
Promotional Postcards
Postcards promoting your television appearance, play, concert, etc. can be designed, printed and mailed out for you. This again will be a joint effort between our staff and the client. We need the client to provide a photo (if needed), event information, the number of postcards needed and your contact list. We ask that you give us adequate time to complete these projects. Cost for this service varies.
Flyers
We can create flyers for any event you need to promote. This promotional tool is especially helpful to promote your fan club and mailing list. Cost depends on the number of flyers printed.
Fan Mail
JTF Promotions can accept fan mail for you at our post office address. We can also answer your fan mail by providing a (personalized or non personalized) autograph photo (furnished by the client) along with a form letter with information about your fan club and/or mailing list. This form letter can also include current news about your career. Once we have answered the mail we can then forward it to the client if desired. Cost depends on the amount of postage needed. An email address can also be set up for you at no charge.
Web Sites
Need a website? Let us give you a home on the web. A meeting ground for your fans! The two providers that we currently use are MSN and Geocities which are capable of being linked to a domain that you may already own.
This is going to be a huge team effort, as we will need you input and ideas as to what you want and need.
