AdDesigner.Com This is REALLY COOL! I made most of my banners here, they've got a LOT of templates, and some of them are really cool!AnimationOnline.Com WOW! This is about the BEST service for creating FREE banners! They DON'T require linkbacks, there's NO ad for themselves like AdDesigner's (It's kind embarrasing to have "This ad was designed free by AdDesigner.Com" on your ads!) and the ONLY problem is their templates aren't that good.
