Sample Reports

These are some samples of programs that I have written for customers over the years. These were written as custom development and so I cannot just load them on another machine and have them work. These are just intended to serve as samples of the programming work that I can provide.

Web-based Finance Reports
These reports were developed to give end users at school sites an easy-to-run, easy-to-read report of Financial Information from CIMS©. The report selection is based on breakdowns of the account string from CIMS© so that if, for instance, a user only needs to see the information for a certain site, that site will be the only one they see. Output is a PDF file.

This system was developed to provide users at school sites a web page to enter a request for transportation for school activities. The user enters all pertinent data for the activity being planned and submits the request. The administrator responsible for the site then receives an email informing them that they have a request pending action. When the adminstrator either approves or rejects the request, the original requestor automatically receives an email informing them. If the request is approved it is then automatically routed to the transporation director for scheduling.
