| Welcome everyone to The Junior Florida Explorer's Page. My name is Brandon and I asked my Daddy if I could make a web site for my friends and family and anyone else to see the things that I get to explore and learn about here in Florida. I am going to take you along with my Daddy and me to some of the places around Florida that I like to explore. I hope that you enjoy some of these places and things that we show you, and maybe you will want to see some of them for yourselves one day. Don't forget to move your mouse over the pictures too. You might find some things I've written there too. And if you can, sign my guest book, and let me know where you are from and some of the places you like to explore. That way I can see how far my web site goes around the internet. Plus I can learn about some neat places where you live. I am with my Daddy every other weekend so we hope to put something new on here every month. | About Me (Brandon) Hi I Brandon, and I am what I call a Junior Explorer. This means that I want to learn all about neat places and things around me. And since I live in Florida, that means that I explore it. I am also a Wolf Cub in the Boy Scouts and a second grader. I am 8 years old and my dad and I have been exploring Florida for a little over 4 years now, ever since I was a little boy. So that means I have had a long career of exploring. I like to learn about all kinds of animals and things in nature. I am an untrained non-expert in handling animals. I also love dinosuars and space travel. And racecars, and monster trucks. Plus I want to learn to Scuba dive. ( But I can't learn until I am 12, and Daddy says we'll talk about it then. ) My job on this web site is your lead reporter, junior photographer, and I come up with some of the trips. I am with my Daddy every other weekend, so feel free to write me and let me know what you think about the web site. And if I can I'll write you back. Thanks, Brandon |

| Would you like to be a Junior Explorer? Hey kids do you like to explore things and see new places. Or maybe you would like to learn about animals, or just learn more about the world around you. Maybe you would like to be a Junior Explorer. So why don't you? It doesn't take a web site to be a Junior Explorer. There are lots of neat things and places to go around where you live. Just get a map of your state and go to the library or the bookstore and get some books about the area where you live. And in no time you will find lots of cool things to learn and places to go to. Then sit down with your parents and see what you can go to and check out. It can be fun for your whole family. And a neat project for all of you to do. Don't forget a good camera and a note book for your notes and maybe a tape recorder. My Daddy and I both have our cameras and our tape recorder on all our trips. Just remember plan your trips good and be safe, and you'll have lots of fun. Who knows, maybe you will make your own web site too one day. |
| About My Daddy (James) My Daddy has been taking me on road trips and weekend adventures since I was a little boy. He likes for me to learn all about the world around me, and that can be really cool. He is our web site's lead photographer, trip planner, editor ( I can't type that well.), money watcher ( He pays for everything ), driver, and sometimes cook. ( He cooks really good ). I think that he has the best jobs on the site. He likes to get close to the animals too. But he doesn't seem to be as lucky at it as I am. It is a good thing he has me there to help him out of trouble. |
