| GatorLand : Gatorland is a great place to learn about gators and snakes and crocodiles up close. They have shows like the gator Jumping and gator wrestling. It can be fun for the whole family and its pretty cheap to get in. | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
| Florida Aquarium : Now this place is cool. You get to see all kinds of neat fish and water animals. Plus they have the biggest fish tank I have ever seen. This is a great place for the family and you will want to learn how to SCUBA dive after this place. | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
| Central Florida Zoo : My Dad says that we have a small zoo here in central Florida. But we both think it is a fun place to spend a day. It doesn't take a lot of time to see all of it, but if you like aniamls it is a good place to take your time to see them. | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
| Birds of Prey : Not a lot of people know about this place. But I think more people should. They take care of sick or hurt birds like owls and hawks and eagles here. Then when they get better they get to go home. You can come here and learn about the birds and the money you pay to get in is not much, but it helps the birds. | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||

| Florida Parks : We have a lot of parks in Florida that you can go to and see nature, or swim in cold springs, or hike in. This site shows you where they are. | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
| Florida Camping : Do you like to camp? My Dad and I do. This site shows you where you can camp in Florida. We have lots of fun places to camp. | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||

| Orlando Science Center : If you like space stuff, animals, lasers, or really cool movies on a super huge movie screen, you need to go here. This is a fun place that you can have lots of great stuff to check out. You have got to watch a movie here. | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
| Orange County Regional History Center : If you want to learn how central Florida became central Florida this is a fun place to go and do that. It tells all about the area, and every now and then they have a new exibit come and fill one of the rooms. | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||

| Charlie Carlson's Strange Florida : Did you know that we have UFO's in Florida. We have ghosts and strange monsters in our lakes. This is some of the weird stuff in our state. There is lots of cool things here. | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
| Florida Secrets : This is one of my Dad's favorite websites. They have lots of cool stuff to see away from the theme parks. Every thing from old towns to weird places to stay. This is the neat side of Florida. | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
| Haunted Florida : Do you like ghosts? We have them here in Florida. This is a fun site with some real Florida ghost history and some other stuff. You parents out there might want to check this one out first. Ghost stories can scare us kids a little. | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||

| The Cambrian Foundation : This is a really cool group that explores underwater by diving in caves and sunken ships and maps things underwater and studies things in the ocean and lakes. Their office is Orlando, but they go all over the world. I have met the guy who runs it and he makes it fun for kids and even show my scout unit some cool stuff. | Florida Speleogical Society : Do you want to know what is under Florida? These people are cave explorers. They go into the caves that are all around Florida. They can teach you how to do this safely and smart. They even do group exploring, where families can explore a cave that they know is safe so you can see what Florida is like under ground. You can join them on this web site. Remember kids this can be dangerous if you do this without these people. So check this site out if this kind of stuff is something you like.
