Kyo had just begun to drift off to sleep when he heard Toshiya yelling. Grumbling to himself he woke and sat up wondering what was going on. He heard Toshiya again, louder this time and it was clear from the tone he was in some kind of trouble. Shinya by now had heard as well and looked over at Kyo from his bed with wide eyes.
"What in the world is going on?" Shinya wondered out loud.
The short blonde shrugged and got out of bed. He walked out of his room and down the hall where he could hear sounds of struggling from Toshiya's room. Shinya followed behind him looking quite concerned.
Neither was quite prepared to see a drunken Kaoru trying to feel up a struggling and crying Toshiya. Both drummer and vocalist knew about the two guitarists plans to sleep with Toshiya but neither expected them to go this far!
Shinya gasped behind him as Kyo felt himself getting very, very angry. This was just ridiculous! Stepping quickly forward he grabbed Kaoru by the collar of his shirt and hauled him off the sobbing bassist.
"What the FUCK do you think your doing you IDIOT!!" Kyo yelled hitting a surprised Kaoru over the head, while still holding the collar.
Shinya had quickly stepped forward to Toshiya's side and taking off the house coat he'd grabbed, covered the bluenettes semi nakedness. Toshiya had instantly responded to the drummers presence and was currently sobbing into Shinya's shoulder. Shinya in turn glared at Kaoru over Toshiya's hair with obvious distaste.
Kyo turned his attention back to Kaoru once he'd made sure Shinya had the bassist in hand but Kaoru was already out cold.
*Idiot never could hold his alcohol...*
With a sigh he let Kaoru slump to the floor, uncaring if he was going to wake up with stiff muscles. Turing to Shinya he gazed sadly his formerly cheerful friend.
"Come on he's probably not going to want to stay in here anymore."
Shinya nodded and slowly convinced Toshiya to follow them. Kyo went ahead and found some sweatpants and shirt for Toshiya to wear. Comfort clothes. They left him alone in the room to change and Kyo began to grab a few things. He'd pretty much decided to let Toshiya have his bed for the night, he could survive on the couch.
When he'd finished everything he went to check on his friend one last time only to find him curled up in Shinya's bed, a death grip on the drummers wrist. Shinya gave Kyo a desperate glance, unsure of what to do.
"Uh, Toshiya I was going to let you have my bed... Erm.." Kyo said slowly wondering what he wanted.
"I don't want to be left alone..." Toshiya whimpered his dark eyes large with fear.
Kyo felt another jab of anger at the two idiots for screwing up so much. He'd never seen Toshiya this traumatized before.
"Ah. Shinya do you mind?" Kyo asked uncertainly.
"Iie, done this before." The drummer said with a reassuring smile for Totchi.
Kyo shrugged and went back out to put everything away again. When he came back Shinya was holding Toshiya and murmuring in his ear, trying to lull him to sleep. He turned off the light and climbed into his own bed, hoping that no more interruptions would disturb his sleep.

Shivering Toshiya snuggled closer to Shinya who had by now nodded off. He didn't have to fear being attacked here. Shinya might have been a more gentler soul then some he had a core of steel. He wouldn't let either of the guitarists near him. Not to mention the tiny bundle of angry Kyo that was sleeping across the room. He'd seen how angry Kyo had been when he'd pulled Kaoru off of him. The vocalist had been gentle too in his own gruff way. So nothing was getting through those two to him.
Even so despite Shinya's reassurances Toshiya couldn't sleep. Sighing Toshiya tucked his head underneath Shinya's chin and willed himself to sleep. He couldn't get the feel of Kaoru or Die's hands out of his mind. He couldn't stop shaking either.
After a few hours of just lying there he was exhausted but still couldn't sleep. The alarm went off in the corner, making Toshiya start slightly. He jumped even more when the alarm cut off sharply as it connected with the wall.
"Shhh, it's all right Totchi, just Kyo being the grumpy morning person that he is." Shinya said quietly having now woken up by either alarm or Toshiya starting.
Incoherent grumbled could be heard from somewhere behind Shinya and Toshiya had to smile at Kyo. For someone so serious he had a tendency to be quite comical.
Shinya moved back a bit to get a good look at Toshiya. The bassist had huge circles under his eyes and didn't appear to have slept at all. Sighing he sat up but pushed Toshiya back down when he made to get up as well.
"You stay here. You need sleep and it seems the only way you'll get it is through some pills. I'll go get some okay?" Shinya said surprised to see the momentary panic appear in Toshiya's eyes.
"No, don't leave me..." Toshiya almost whispered, tears coming to his eyes.
Shinya blinked in surprise but was saved by Kyo who had over heard the conversation.
"I'll go get some Shinya, you stay with Totchi." Kyo said bouncing out of the room.
(A/N isn't it great when people bounce instead of walk? People should always bounce!!)
Toshiya did sit up then but instead of getting up he leaned against Shinya, resting his forehead against the drummers shoulder. Shinya sighed and wrapped an arm around Toshiya's waist wishing he could somehow restore the bassists spirits.
Soon Kyo came back with a glass of water and two pills. Toshiya took them quickly, obviously wanting to sleep. He laid back down after a quiet thank you to Kyo and squeezed his eyes shut to wait for the pills to take affect.
Kyo crawled into the bed behind Toshiya and snuggled up trying to clam him down. Every muscle in Toshiya's body was stiff and he would never fall asleep like that even with the pills. Shinya gently stroked the bassists hair and watched as he was lulled by Kyo's voice and the pills into slumber.
Watching him sleep a bit longer Shinya finally left when his stomach reminded him he hadn't had dinner before the concert and had simply gone straight to bed. Kyo, predictably, had dropped off as well. Shinya figured it was a good thing leaving at least one of them behind. He didn't trust Die or Kaoru not to do anything.
Walking into the living room/dinning room/kitchen area (they're in japan! Small living spaces!)
He saw Die eating quietly with a scowl on his face, while Kaoru looked equally grumpy, holding a ice pack to his head. Shinya decided to forgo breakfast for a bit in favour of a harsh lecture.
He walked over to the table and glared for all he was worth. Die and Kaoru looked expectantly at him but he didn't say anything. After a good five minutes of this both were cringing under his stare. He finally decided it was time to talk.
"Just what the heck do you two think your doing?" Shinya asked in a voice laced with steel.
Kaoru winced and looked down, obviously remembering some of what happened, his face guilty. Die blinked unsure of what he was talking about.
"I can't believe two grown men would resort to such ridiculous and immoral tactics Just to sleep with somebody! Not only that they're your Friend and you've managed to completely traumatize him!"
Kaoru slunk further into his seat now looking completely miserable. Die blinked in confusion (remember he's not very bright).
"Just what have I done that's so bad? Nothing that Toshiya hasn't done or nearly done on stage!" he sniffed going back to his corn flakes.
Shinya snapped. He'd expected Some form of guilt not this defiance. Sure Die might not realize the full extent of what he'd done but he should have!! Plus the memory of Toshiya's tear filled eyes fuelled his anger.
So with no further ado, Shinya grabbed Die by the arm, roughly made him stand, then punched his lights out. Kaoru watched in amazement as Die hit the floor like a ton of bricks.
Shinya felt oddly better.
