| Call me what you think, Tell me what you think, Push me beneth the water, Now tell me not to sink Scream out how I'm not worthy Sing me my praise Cut me until I'm bleeding And try to mend my ways You see my tears Cannot feel my pain Stab me backward But will not take the blame You say that you don't know me Pretend not to understand You'll pull me in much closer Jump at the brush of my hand You're there but you won't hear me Refusing to suffice Imprison me with silence And bury me in ice Won't show me the look Has told me all I know You pressure me forever And still I'm left alone You touch without a feeling You speak without a sound Each breath of yours is taken As I'm stuck beneth the ground Mannerisms so careless Ideals set in stone You walk amoung horizons Still I cannot find home -Amanda Turner |
