| Saturday 24 Pre-Convention Meeting Time: 2-5 P.M. Place: Jerry and Patt Sanders' home in Reseda Due to rain, the pre-convention meeting was moved from Balboa Park to Advisors Patt and Jerry Sanders' home in Reseda. Turn out could have been better, but it was understandable. Clubs represented were the Pacoima Jr. Optimist Club, North Hollywood Junior Optimists in Action, Orville Wright Middle/Magnet School Jr. Optimist Club, and Westchester High School Octagon Club. Members and advisors discussed what sort of activities they would like at the 2001 convention and a first draft itinerary was formed. Questions were answered and the upcoming NCCF Pet Walkathon was briefly mentioned. |
