NCCF Pet Walkathon
To benefit the National Childhood Cancer Foundation, Paramount/Viacom Productions will be holding a pet (well, really dog) walkathon at Temescal Canyon Park in Pacific Palisades. To get there, take the 10 Fwy west until you get to the Pacific Coast Highway. Take the PCH north for a couple of blocks an turn right on Temescal Canyon. The walk will start at the grassy picnic area 300 yards west of PCH- you'll see the crowd. Registration begins at 9:30 A.M. and the walk starts at 10:00 A.M. It costs $20 to resgister before March 31, and $25 at the door. Of course all participants are encouraged to get sponsors. There will be awards and contests and other fun stuff.
