Associations Incorporations Act as a Charity Organization. The aims and objectives of the Foundation are as
registered are to:

• Assist and subsidize school fees for Southern Highlands Students attending Universities, Colleges, Technical
Trades schools and specialized trades institutions.
• Assist Southern Highlands citizens with life threatening illnesses to meet medical expenses.
• Promote Excellence in Education through workshops and institutional visits.
• Conduct and venture into Businesses to sustain and support the Foundation to raise funds to cover the bulk of
the population.
• Provide job opportunities for Southern Highlanders through the Charity organization as it grows bigger.
• Provide equal gender participation through Human Resources Development.
• Promote self-reliance and independence through education and enhance improved living standards.

As a Charity Organization, Powi Foundation will subsidize school fees and health care charges with greater
aim of easing the financial burden on the People of Southern Highlands. This will give an opportunity to its
citizens to improve living standards in their various communities.
