| This is the stupified story of Excel Excel (?) and Lord Illpalazzo (or something of the sorts) and their conquest to take over City F and then the world. Starting off with a catchy song that makes no sense is just the way this sort of anime should be started. Excel, being the main main character has this love hate relationship with that Illpalazzo dude. Basically, Excel is obsessed, and Illpalazzo ignores. Excel states in the first episode that she will blindly follow Illpalazo, but he has only promoted her to toilet cleaner bby the third episode. IN the second episode, there is a new member added to this group. Her name being Hyatt, and the fact that she has some sort of problem with staying alive just makes things even more odd. Each episode making fun of a genre or style of anime or just the film industry in general makes Excel's voice bearible. It has a rating of 17+, but I fell that is only because most people younger than that won't get the jokes. but thats just me. |
