We specialize in-home / office computer repair and troubleshooting, because we understand the hassle involved in disconnecting components and taking your system into a shop. We will repair your computer on site, if possible. Depending on the nature and complexity of your repair, it may be necessary for us to bring your system back to our facility

We install and configure anything you need: New printers, video cams, sound systems, and even new systems out of the box. Typically, there will be no extra charge for setting up new systems.

 

 

Preventative maintenance

Your PC also needs routine maintenance to continue operating at peak performance.

How much does it cost?
Our standard workshop rate is $75.00 per hour plus parts. For this your job joins a queue and gets looked at in turn. Most jobs are turned around in 2-3 days if not sooner. Most repairs are completed within an hour, once started. We will call you to authorize a repair if it looks like it will go over an hour. We have a minimum fee of $25.50 for any job which is beyond repair or if you decide not to go ahead with the job. This is to cover our over heads.

LABOR RATES:

Estimates = FREE
Labor charge = $75.00 per hour
Service call charge = $35.00* (within 25 mile radius)

* Service calls will be charged a minimum of one-hour labor*
