SOLUTIONS & DIFFICULTIES
- Solution:
Educate people: By educating the local people and having courses for them to learn about the industry, they can employ local workers.
Difficulty:
Families unable to afford: Not everyone will be willing to take courses because some families might not be able to afford to pay for the fees. Also, workers are looking for convenient jobs; therefore, if they have to get training courses before starting to work, they might find another job instead of the one that they first choose.
- Solution:
Find things that don't pollute: Use renewable sources that have less pollution, bring in water bottles for drinking and use more public transportations such as buses.
Difficulty:
Expensive: The use of wind and solar energy is expensive. Also, these two renewable resources are very depending on the wind and sun. If there is not any wind or sun, then these two energies can not operate. People might be too lazy to use public transportations because driving their own vehicles can save a lot of time and it is more convenience for those who are always in a hurry to work or school.
- Solution:
Increase awareness: If the area is suffering from a disease, educate the people and let them know about it and suggest taking the necessary vaccine or medication for it.
Difficulty:
Medications do not necessarily help and are costly: Even taking vaccine or medication can still result in suffering the disease because some medications are not strong enough to stop the bacteria from spreading over the place. Also, taking medications are costly for some poor countries, they do not have the updated supplies and thus they might need to trade from other countries to give supply to the local citizens. Also theres the matter of allergies that can result in more damage for the health.
- Solution:
Conversation on benefits for both countries: For the continual of tourism trades between two countries, countries should discuss the benefits for a win-win situation.
Difficulty:
Disagreements from citizens: Even if the two countries have come to an agreement, there might be people who strongly disagree with the proposal. Thus, this results in the occurrence of war between two countries. Further saying, this can be a worse case than the original plan because once war is started, the two countries are no longer willing to allow their own people to get into the other country.
- Solution:
Less tourism companies per season: The country can accept a suggestive amount of tourists into the country per month or season.
Difficulty:
Profits decreased: Profits in the tourism industry might have decreased. Setting limitations in how many people are allowed to get into the country may have disinterested the tourists to go and visit anymore.
- Solution:
Reasonable prices: Add reasonable amount of tax for the beneficent of the culture and area, in this case tourists rather spend on more souvenirs than a limited amount.
Difficulty:

- Solution:
Share the same interests: Share ideas and interests with other members of family in order to get along and make them understand the positive points of the culture.
Difficulty:
Close-minded elders; want to keep the traditions: Although having discussions with parents might be a good idea, some parents might still not agree in what their kids are trying to negotiate about. These parents might be the stubborn ones who will never listen to peoples new ideas and suggestions.
- Solution:
Keeping the traditions and adding some new ones: By combining the new culture with the old traditions, they can keep their old ways with a new taste added for the younger generation.
Difficulty:

- Solution:
Stronger, demanding supervisors or certificate on the job training: Since training is an important part of a job, there either must be a supervisor who understands this fact, or outside courses for certificates, in which case is the key to get a job.
Difficulty:
Difficult in finding a responsible supervisor: Finding a stronger and responsible supervisor is hard because it is getting common that without a training course, the workers can still work for the company. Therefore, the influence by most of the companies around may give an impact that without training courses, employees are still fine.
- Solution:
Producing popular products: By producing popular products within the area, the original culture can still remain on top and benefit from the visits of tourist.
Difficulty:
Professional workers are needed: Manufacture new products may cost a lot because in order to be a popular product, a good skill is needed and the right advertisement to popularize it. Therefore, factory owners might need to spend a large amount of money to hire these responsible and intelligent people to do the work.
- Solution:
Use the money to benefit the area: Use the money that's gained for the country to fix the needed areas for more tourists and build a stronger region.
Difficulty:
Money can be used for other purposes: The money thats gained might need to be used in other purposes, such as in trading markets. Therefore, there might not have enough money to benefit the area into a stronger region.
- Solution:
Educate young people about the consequences: Have sessions to talk to people who are most likely in a close-minded environment and show them the consequences. Also educate the elderly more about the other cultures so they dont keep living in the past. Also in order to let them to acknowledge the serious consequences that can be caused with social pathology, these organizations can give out videos and pamphlets to each family of the seriousness of this problem. Also, parents should talk and try to understand what their kids think and want.
Difficulty:
Souvenirs given out can improve: By only talking to the people who are likely in the same situation will not have a big effect to them because those people might just ignore them afterwards. Young people seek experience rather than hearing out their elders.
- Solution:
Inform people: By showing the consequences that the land can be destroyed by visitation of careless tourists, and putting law and guidelines for people they can lessen the damage to the grounds.
Difficulty:

Tourists will not take great notice of these "unopened areas" because they are not the famous places that they will visit. Even advertisements might not help in solving this problem due to the lack of awareness from the tourists.
- Solution:
Advertise the industry: There are a lot of people whod want to visit other cultures and their environment; the slow business might be because of the false advertising.
Difficulty:
Advertisements may be risky and costly: By putting up advertisements for the area is risky and costly. Advertisements do cost a lot of money and it is a risky way to solve the problem. If advertisements are set up and people are still not taking notice of the problem, then the problem will still remain. Also, it will lose an enormous number of money with all the advertisements that are being shown out.
- Solution
Put down some guidelines: Tourism can be considered a good business with a lot of profits; therefore it should be taken more seriously and brought to the attention of many people.
Difficulty:
Lack of awareness from people nowadays: Getting peoples attention is hard. Some people can not care more or less of their futures. All they care about is the living conditions, which are good right now and they are able to survive. They do not have concerns for their kids' future because they don't pay attention to the consequences.
