In 1993 a simple story about boy's unlikely friendship with a killer whale touched the heart of millions. Since their emotional parting, Jesse (Jason James Richter) and Willy (Keiko) have been forced to face new responsabilities: Willy must oversee an unruly sister and brother while Jesse has to content with his troublesome half-brother named Elvis (Francis Capra). On the camping trip with his foster parents, Jesse delighted to rediscover his old friend in the waters off the Pacific Northwest.But thier happyreunion is cut short, when an offshoreoil spill threatens to seperate Willy, his sister and his brother from their mother and family of whales forever. As the danger moves closer, the limit of their friendship is tested again in a life-death situation that puts both Jesse and Willy at risk.
Although not as good as the 1st move, this one I also enjoyed watching. This is just my personal opinion and I can say that this film was very, very good and I was sorry when it ended. I actualy cried, beats me why, 'cos it has a happy ending! It was the only film I have ever cried for, so far anyways... It should have been the 1st movei I cried for but oh no, not me... After all people do tell me i was born "up-side down"... I dont get that cos most of us were anyways... Oh I'll shut up...
