Hello! We are Josh, Amy and Cameron from Sanford, NC. Although we cannot begin to understand the emotions you are feeling, we know that for you to consider open adoption is a true example of love and courage. Thank you for sharing a few moments to get to know us. We met on a blind date arranged by our best friends 7 years ago. We have shared 5 years of marriage together built on love, honesty, prayer, and communication. We are truly the best of friends. Three years ago one of our dreams came true when we were blessed to adopt Cameron through the Independent Adoption Center. We still stay in contact with Cameron's birth family and enjoy visiting with them. They are truly a part of our extended family! We look forward to getting to know you and maintaining a relationship with you at whatever level feels comfortable to you. Josh loves sports and can't wait to take the family to cheer on Duke University's basketball and football teams. Josh loves teaching Cameron about music and looks forward to the one on one times teaching our children to play "Twinkle Twinkle Little Star" on the piano. Amy can't wait to take pictures of the children picking strawberries at the nearby farm. She loves scrapbooking and is alreading collecting stickers and paper for our baby's first album. Cameron is excited to teach his brother or sister how to hit the baseball in the backyard. Cameron loves story telling. He is looking forward to telling his brother or sister bedtime stories.
