If your computer shows you an error message which you can not rectify then I can either make a house call or you can drop it of to my place for a service which usually only lasts for 1-2 hours of work. Recommendations can also be given over the phone for free if problems are simple enough.

Hardware Problems
Your computer may not be funtioning correctly because of a specific hardware device is faulty. You do not necessarily have to trade in the entire computer. If you wish, I can repair or replace the faulty part at a price much more beneficial to you. Computers also need cleaning from the inside so it can continue running without problems.

Learn How to Use your Computer
I've heard it said before that most people do not realise the full potential of service their computer can offer them. It is like using a Porche to only do the shopping. We can start at your own level of knowledge at using a PC and teach you as much as you want in mastering your computer. Although my courses are not certified for job qualifications they can be useful for personal gain.
