You may select from the following shipping methods for your order to be shipped:

Return Procedure

Customers often ask what our return policy is. We aim for complete customer satisfaction. If you are not completely happy with your purchase we want to hear about it. Let us know if something is wrong and we will do what we can to make it right.

All returns must have a
Return Merchandise Authoriation (RMA) number. An RMA number may be obtained by:

- contacting CyberWize Customer Service Department at 941-371-1010 or

- sending an email to
[email protected].

Return the package via UPS, FED-EX or Airborne if possible, which allows the package to be tracked. If it is necessary to mail your return, always insure your package. Packages returned via regular mail that cannot be tracked are not the responsibility of CyberWize.

Packages returned without an RMA number will take up to 30 days longer to process.


If Your Shipment is Damaged


Keep all packing materials so they may be inspected. Immediately upon receipt of any damaged shipment, notify CyberWize Customer Service (within 48 hours) at 941-371-1010. You will then be instructed to contact the carrier, if a freight claim or freight inspection is needed.
Satisfaction Guarantee

CyberWize products are 100% quality guaranteed. This guarantee does not imply that results for any specific physiological problem are guaranteed. However, if for any reason you are not happy with the quality of a CyberWize product, we will exchange that product for a product of equal value within 90 days of purchase. The unused portion of the product must be returned with a full explanation of the problem.
These Items are Non-Refundable

The following services are considered consumed when billed and are not eligible for refunds or exchanges:

Registered TravelWize programs, CyberWize Web Site hosting fee, WizeSite hosting fee, IRS Audit Protection, training, seminars, used sales aids, out-of-date sales aids, and any other service oriented product.
