Time Dilation within Galactic Clusters
(What is big may not be old if time has stopped)

Abstract:
Joe's Hypotheses:
1) Galactic Clusters are drawn together by a hypermassive
black hole or hypermassive binary (or higher) black hole
system.
2) Because of the enormous gravity, Time is dilated as the
simple reciprocal of warped spacetime as one approaches the
event horizon of the attracting black hole system.
3) Time Dilation does not appear to be related to velocity
alone absent heavy spacetime warpage.
That is, for all intents and purposes, it is joe's
hypothesis that: Time slows and stops when or where or as
the Escvel approaches c.
Does dilation occur under conditions of velocity alone
without regard to warped spacetime? a good question. have
somebody else answer it, but off the top of my head, there
would be no dilation with the singular cause of velocity.
Escvel = c will or may be, far, far, out from the mass at the
event horizon.
Many, many, entire galaxies and flotsam and jetsam stars are
accelerating towards their accretion source which would be
the hypermassive black hole where time has theoretically or
allegedly stopped... a somewhat perplexing realization for
a joe sixpack...
So that immediately, the question arises:
(1) What does the cosmos look like if you are in a time
dilated area and are looking out into the undilated areas of
the cosmos? and...
Well, the obvious answer is that the events displayed in the
form of light from the undilated area and therefore the
dilation of time will become dilated as it enters the
dilated warped spacetime observation point.
(2) What does the time dilated area look like if you are
looking into it from an undilated spacetime location?
Well, the obvious answer is that the events displayed in the
form of light from the dilated area and therefore the
dilation of time will become undilated as it enters the
undilated warped spacetime observation point.
If the cosmos is expanding, does either view seem like it
appears like the expansion of the universe is accelerating?
Highly unlikely to a joe. This kind of thought needs a
bigger brain than that attached to yours truly. Some
scientists actually understand the general and special
theories of A. Einstein. This stuff is beyond a joe.
In any event, these areas of hypergravitation where Time has
allegedly stopped are still "new" in terms of cosmotic age.
Even though, a joe has been looking at them for a long
undilated time span. The question arises: Can we look at
anything and really understand it?
