A few sentences on Missing Mass & Galactic Rotation
Spacetime warpage and Time Dilation discussed

Abstract: The visual properties of any galactic rotation has
generated a hypothesis from Cosmologists that there is an
enormous amount of missing mass that is required to effect
the visual phenomenon of a visual cartwheel type of rotation
that all galaxies display.
But let Joseph_sixpack offer an alternate guess:
What we are seeing with uniform galactic rotation is a first
class visual example of Einstein's warped spacetime concept
of Time dilation.
Let me explain: Let's put a real nice looking galaxy up
there on the blackboard, oh, say M100 or M31 or even
Andromeda.
(Oops! M31 is Andromeda.. sorry.. ancient memory cells
don't work too good anymore. So do another 'M' oh say,
Msomething from 1 to 100. something pretty.
Now let's put a big clear rubber sheet between the galaxy on
the blackboard and our eyes.
Get a step ladder and about where the center of the galaxy
appears through the clear rubber sheet, and then pull on the
rubber sheet in its middle towards the galaxy until the
center of the 'dimple' in the rubber sheet goes all the way
to the center of the galaxy.
Now imagine that from every point on an imaginary sphere
surrounding the galaxy this same rubber sheet effect is
observed. That is, spacetime warps and time dilates
uniformly around any mass. The rubber sheet just gives us a
very rough concept of what is happening to spacetime and
time dilation. (if you will pardon the redundancy)
Restating: The dimple occurs everywhere upon the imaginary
sphere and all the dimples point towards the center of the
galaxy. Actually, if the system is a binary one the time
vortex probable oscillates with the alternating masses as
they spin in orbit. But we will save that one for later.
Now the closer the dimple in the rubber sheet approaches the
gravitational center of the galaxy, the more TIME dilates,
(or slows down) in response to the ever increasing
gravitation (warped spacetime).
Formally, i guess that this is, or has been, called
spacetime warpage by the physicists that think about such
things.
Now, when we stretch our necks and look up to the galaxy we
are really looking into the end of a trumpet like
gravitational vortex of ever decreasing or dilating time.
The further down the trumpet horn you go the greater the
time dilation until you hit an area where the escape
velocity = c (actually, some value of c. - joe thinks that
even c is altered if t is. but that is the subject for
another paper)
The BINARY black holes in the center of EVERY galaxy
generate and under tremendous time dilation as you approach
the central obiting residuals of the binary black hole
system.
And so the rotation of the galaxy arms appears to us to slow
in orbit as they go ever inward, so as to appear in
synchronization and in concert with the outer part of the
rotating arms of the galaxy.
What we are getting here is a first class view and probable
proof, if the dilation hypothesis is true, of Einstein's
warped spacetime concepts.
What we are seeing as we look towards any galaxy is a full
on demonstration of gravitational time dilation.
So, what does all this mean?
Well, for one thing, it means that there is NO missing mass
in the universe that causes the 'cartwheel' arms effect and
that the only reason for the 'apparent orbiting physics
anomaly' of galactic arms isn't caused by any invisible mass
but is just caused by Einstein's warped spacetime theory in
action for all of us here on earth to gloriously observe.
So Joe maintains you can scratch searching for the Missing
mass and missing energy components and concepts that appear
to cause the galactic arms to uniformly rotate. It is all
caused by time dilation.
But don't forget to add in the billions and billions of tiny
single (502 solar mass and higher) black holes to the very
large giant (leben gazillion solar masses) single black
holes parked and putting around out there in our own galaxy
and parked all over space. All very busily doing their own
accretting thing..
So when you look into the binary black hole heart of a
galaxy, you are looking into the heart of time dilation
incarnate. But remember, the two black holes may not have
merged yet and you may be looking into a two-hearted system.
Going my way?
Now the issue remaining is:
What does the universe look like when viewed from the center
of time dilated areas outward?
Does it appear that the further away you look the faster
time appears to run? That is, time is under less and less
dilation?
Do the stars appear to move away faster the further away you
look because of decreasing time dilation?
And what is TIME that it can be altered by mass but some
form of mass or radiative energy itself.
My guess that it is some form of huge resonant Æther.
So there must be a quantum TIME and a quantum Æther,
perhaps the same, to yet discover.
If so, might this be the same Æther that propagates the
photon wave phenomenon across the vast light year reaches of
space to our eyes?
questions, questions...
it must be nice to know SOMETHING...
