An elevated and faint view of the peninsula at which we were stationed. Just to the north may be seen a much smaller strip of land or peninsula but without the existance of any trees.

This area is located close to the eastern tip at the right side of the peninsula(top picture). One of the our gun batteries is stationed on the other side of the pond. Okinawan laundry women shown at the bottom right of picture.
