If your browser has javascript enabled then clicking on Option 1 will produce a pop-up in which you :

a) Enter your first & second names (which appear in the subject line) along with your email address.
b) Enter the email address of your friend(s)
c) Press "Recommend This Site" (uncheck any "Select your interests" boxes) and that's it!

Option 2

Creates an email containing all the necessary information. All you have to do is:

a) Enter your friend's email address (you can modify the email if you want to)
b) Press "Send Now"!
