My research focuses on the syntax and semantics of questions and answers, and I have paid particular attention to split questions. I earned my Ph.D. in Spanish Linguistics at Georgetown University with a dissertation about the left periphery of interrogative constructions and their corresponding answers. I work mainly with Spanish, Asturian, and English data. I coordinate Spanish language courses at Seton Hall University, where I also teach Advanced Grammar and Spanish Phonetics. More information about
my work is available in my CV. |
