Crafting is a good skill to make money.

If you're member:

Flax is good to begin.
First you buy 1k flax for 50k.
and you're spinning it in bowstrings.
Best place to spinning is in Seers Village (Climb-up ladder and you got the spinning weel).

If you got 1k bowstrings, sell it for 100k (you make 50k money).
If you can make full blue dragonhide armor (for ranging).
Start buying dragon hides:
Green dragonhide = 1k each
Blue dragonhide = 2k each
Red draginhide = 3k each
Black dragonhide = 4k each



Dragonhides
If you can make full blue dragonhide armor (for ranging).
Start buying dragon hides:
Green dragonhide = 1k each
Blue dragonhide = 2k each
Red draginhide = 3k each
Black dragonhide = 4k each
If you got you're dragonhides, go and talk to a tanner to tan you dragonhides.
Best place to do that is Al-Kharid.

All dragonhides are 20Gp each to tan.
Then use needle on it (but you need some thread) and make what you can make.
