Angus "Gus" MacDugal
Some people call him my assistant, some my sidekick, others my associate. Some smart-mouths try my shadow and wisenheimers try my student. When push comes to shove, I call him friend.

Gus came to Cobb City looking for some disappeared relative and stayed for the adventure of it. No joke.
He is a simple man, which is not to say hes stupid. He just does things at his own pace. To call him clumsy would be to give him too much credit. Its not his fault; things just come apart when he is around.

He loves to read everything and anything. He has a sharper memory then an elephant with a switchblade, but he doesnt always know where and when to use his knowledge and memory.

He is totally dizzy for my secretary, Miss Plentence Hills, but since he turns into a blabbering 12-year-old boy every time she enters a room, nothing has happened between them. Since this often slows down our work, I keep meaning to talk to him about it.
