18.10.05 - Finally an explanation of just what this site is all about. This is the home of the comic book JON PAY, PRIVATE INVSTIGATOR. Here you will find background information about the characters, sketches, previews of the stories, news of upcoming projects and more.
First off, "JON PAY, P.I., Premiere Issue", also known as "JON PAY vs. MACHINE GUN KELLEY", is as of right now SOLD OUT (who'd have EVER thought??!!). For the foreseeable future, no re-printing is planned. SO if you are one of the lucky readers who have this book, treasure it!! More importantly, thank you for buying the book!!
Second, I am happy to announce that the newest adventure, "JON PAY; PRIZEFIGHTERS & KNICKERBOCKERS" are in full production. It is expected to be published in full color and Norwegian from Seriehuset in the summer of 2006 and shortly thereafter in English. Why the long wait? Well, the story is almost three times as long as the previous adventure "JON PAY: BULLETS, BABES & BY-LINES". Preview-pages from the story can be seen in the COMICBOOK section.
I also have some FANTASTIC artists lined-up to do pin-ups for this book. The only one I can mention for now is ANDIE TONG of "Masters of the Universe" fame and let me tell you, his pin-up is SWEET!!!
