My addiction to Corvettes first began in 1999 when my father purchased our first vette,
an artic white 1985 coupe. The '85 was a California car with 60,000 original miles. It
features the first year of the tuned port fuel injection for the C4's and came equiped
with the standard 230hp LT-1 engine. Some rare options it had were the F-41 heavy duty
suspension, blue cloth interior (85% of vettes that year came with leather) and clear
removable roof panel. The modifications we have done to this car inlcude K&N air intake,
throtle body air foil insert, 80mm MAF housing and hi flow air duct. After these mods we
managed to get the horse power up to a respectable 260.
