83-year old Oscar Uebelhack stands amid some of the 10,000 range fed turkeys raised annually at Uebelhack's Turkey Farm. Oscar started the business in the 1940s when he and his wife exchanged a duck egg for 12 turkey eggs. The business is still in operation, but one of Oscar's sons now runs the organization.
