Jon Hensley joined the cast of As the World Turns in 1985, originating the role of Holden Snyder. After leaving the show in 1988, Jon returned to play the popular character from 1990-1995. Returning again in 1997.
Born on August 26, Jon grew up in Bucks County, Pennsylvania, where his parents are in the restaurant business. Jon studied journalism at New York University.
Jon made his television debut playing Brody Price on One Life to Life. He has appeared on stage in Shakespeare's As you Like It and has studied Shakespeare at the London Academy of Music, Drama and Arts.
Most recently Jon has appeared in Beverly Hills 90210, the sitcom Almost Perfect, and the USA Network movie, Wounded Hearts.
Jon enjoys all sports and is an avid golfer. He lives in New York City with his wife, Kelley Menighan Hensley, who plays Emily on the show, their young daughter Sophie May, and new son Spencer. |
