| HOW TO APPLY |
| Step 1. Fill out an APPLICATION. (You will need Adobe Acrobat Reader to do so. Click on the icon below for a free download.) Step 2. Fill out the form completely. Each applicant (as well as any co-signers) will need to fill out this application. Step 3. Bring all of the following materials in for each applicant: 1. The completed application form 2. A valid Driver's License (or state-issued photo ID) 3. Social Security Card (or other official proof of your social security number) 4. Proof of Income*: Three (3) most recent paystubs OR Two (2) most recent bank statements and a tax return 5. $30 application fee per applicant 6. $250 Holding Deposit, which secures the unit while you are applying for it, and applied toward move-in costs once accepted. |
| * INCOME QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS |
| We will be looking for a combined income equal to or greater than three times (3x) the rental rate. If this income requirement is not met, then you have the option of bringing on a co-signer to guarantee the timely payment of rents. This guarantor will not only need to bring in the additionally needed income, but should also have good credit. Co-signers are NOT brought in if credit is unsatisfactory. |
