SITE MNT pfs/0/ hdd:xxxxx
where xxxxx is the name of your created folder. Now go back to the pfs/0 folder, and this is where you can place all your PS2 programs (.ELF files) so that they run off the HD. I recommend putting ExecFTPS and the DMS Tools programs here to save space on your memory card. You can also create new folders for each program in this directory. Before disconnecting with FlashFXP, always unmount the partition by right-clicking on the xxxxx folder in the hdd/0 directory and enter the raw command:
SITE UMNT /pfs/0/
When you reboot the PS2, it should be able to run .elf programs from the HD. To install PS2 game .iso images, FapLink works great. It transfers at about 700 kb for me, about an hour and a half for a 4 GB image.
