Pricing Details
$NZ 200.00 per night
$NZ 285.00 per night during high season (June 15 - Sept 15), (Dec 24 � Jan 4), Easter, Warbirds, Festival of Colour and Event Weekends
Cleaning charge $60 per stay
Linen charge $12 per person, per stay (linen and towels)

Basic Payment Conditions
A non-refundable deposit of $NZ 200.00 is required following confirmation of booking.

The remaining balance is payable at least two weeks prior to occupancy. Any cancellation that occurs after that will be liable for full cost, unless property is able to be re-let

Payments Methods
The are a variety of payment methods available:

  1. Electronic transfer between New Zealand banks.
  2. Telegraphic transfer between an overseas bank and our New Zealand bank account
  3. Bank cheque or personal cheque mailed to us at:
