Permission

Many requests from designers, publishers and companies for permission to re-produce the materials in books, magazines, websites, brochures, for publication in both Print-based and Internet-based formats. Permission is not unreasonably withheld provided that the text or visual is not altered or abridged in a way that would change the general tone or context, or damage the author's integrity.

Licensing

Jomie Leung grants licenses to both websites, magazines, overseas publications to re-produce material. Re-production fees are dependent on the exclusivity and circulation. Internal usage (e.g. for internal management purposes, schools, colleges and universities) If you want to photocopy material for internal information purposes you need to apply for a 12 months or world license from the Licensing Agency.  All material is copyright whether with or without marked ©.  You must to obtain permission to use copyright material before using it globally. Prior registration for the use of materials or facilities is required. Valid identification documents such as business registration issued by the governments or social security or identity card shall be requested.
