Welcome to the
Presbyterian Cumberland Hispanic Church of Hanover Park Web Page. We are a small Hispanic
community located on the Chicago suburban area, doing our best to honor and proclaim the
name of our Lord Jesus Christ. Our congregation, as
a Hispanic community, abides a interesting range of Latino ethnicity. Members of our
church have their origins in countries as Colombia, Mexico, Puerto Rico, Dominican
Republic, Guatemala, Brazil and others. |

Controversy On this page you will learn a little bit about us,
our activities and tradition. If you live in Illinois, either on Hanover Park, Roselle,
Schaumburg, Streamwood, Bartlett, Elk Grove, Bloomingdale, Carol Stream, Irving Park, or
other cities around this region, you are cordially invited to join us in our services. We
have a vivid worship style with a lot of music and movement. Also we encourage people to
share their concerns for prayer and joys for praise during the services.
Rev. Jose Oliveira, a minister for 17 years is the the pastor and
Rev. Edgar Morales is our guest minister. We keep a public worship service at Sundays, a
Spanish-English bible study at Wednesdays and a prayer meetings at Fridays (see Calendar
for meeting times).
Thank you for stop by and we hope to see you at church soon. |
