WARNING
UNDER TEXAS LAW (CHAPTER 87, CIVIL PRACTICE AND REMEDIES CODE) AN EQUINE PROFESSIONAL IS NOT LIABLE FOR AN INJURY TO OR THE DEATH OF A PARTICIPANT IN EQUINE ACTIVITIES RESULTING FROM THE INHERENT RISK OF EQUINE ACTIVIES.
- Smoking is strictly prohibited.

- All guests are required to sign waivers before anyone may handle or ride any horse.

- All riders under (18) years of age must wear a  ASTM or SEI approved helmet  at all times. ANYONE using the jumps must also wear a helmet. NO EXCEPTIONS!

- It is RECOMMENDED that you wear your helmet while working in the barn area.

- Jumping is only allowed during instruction or with prior consent from management.

- Parents and visitors are welcome to observe students during their lesson but must control small children and keep them in sight at all times.

- Please do not feed horses extra feed or hay. It is considered stealing!

- Please do not feed other horses, or use other boarder's supplies without their permission. 





-Please do not park vehicles directily in front of or hehind the barn, in residential parking spaces or within 10 ft of any gate.

- Pets are allowed at management discretion only. All dogs must be leashed and under control.
- The barn aisle and wash rack areas are to be kept free of grooming tools, equipment, hair and manure. Hoses should be re-coiled after us. PLEASE clean up after your horse.

- Report any change  of address, telephone number or horse status to management as soon as possible.

-Horses must be turned out into the pasture allotted for that horse. Do not turn horses out in the arena without prior consent from management.

- Starline Stables shall have the right to assign and re-assign paddocks and stalls in order to minimize dangerous or nuisance situations or wear and tear on the facility.

-Please notify management of any necessary repairs, maintenance, problems, complaints or needed supplies by email or IN WRITING.

-Boarding is a privilege. Actions such as stealing, use of narcotics, flagrant damage or destruction of stable property, abuse of animals, physical or verbal abuse of personnel or any other actions which are deemed detrimental will not be tolerated and will result in the immediate expulsion from the premises.

- You are hereby advised that direct loss, damage or injury to your horse, tack, equipment or trailer is not covered by our insurance, while on these premises. You as the owner of these personal property items have the financial interest in same; therefore it is up to you to be sure that they are insured under homeowner's, tenant's or other insurance policy, or under a separate policy as in the case of loss, injury, damage, or death of a horse.
