Everyone loves to laugh, but did you know it's actually good for you? Besides having a good time laughing is healthy. Humour is a stress-reducer; would you rather laugh about the next upcoming test in school or complain about it?

Laughter also keeps you healthy. Laughing actually increases the number of disease fighting cells in your body  and activates pain reducing chemicals in your body. Laughing is a natural Tylenol pill. As well as this...believe it or not...when you laugh until your stomach aches, you are actually exercising your stomach muscles. You do the same thing when you do sit-ups! Just don't tell your gym teacher, she wouldn't want you laughing to get your exercise. So keep on laughing!
