| It's time to make a few updates. I've actually seen the teams play now. Top 10: 1. Miami - Forgive me, 'Canes. No one can touch you now. The schedule is brutal, so what, they've got the talent to repeat. 2. Tennessee - Don't trust 'em completely, but they appear to be the SEC's strongest. 3. Texas - It's all on you, Chris Simms. 4. Ohio State - Very impressive. 5. Virginia Tech - Joe says "the Oklahoma of the East." Problem is, they may be better than Oklahoma. 6. Oklahoma - The D may be just a tad overrated, but nevertheless, I have no faith in the offense, even more so now that Nate Hybl is at the controls. 7. Florida State - The D is shaky, but still a very strong team. 8. Washington State - Here until proven otherwise. 9. Michigan State - Creepin' on a come-up like they was Bone Thugz. 10. Florida - Got thumped by the Canes, but you can't fault 'em too much. Honorable Mention: Notre Dame Heisman? Cecil Sapp was the early frontrunner, but forget that now. Dave Ragone is probably gone as well. Anthony Davis might not be there, but Oregon's Onterrio Smith instead. I trust Leftwich, Grossman and Dorsey to be there at the end. Let's throw in Michigan State WR Charles Rogers while we're at it. |
