The Round World Project

Is it possible for life to survive on a planet which is round instead of flat? I think so, but not for ever.

On a round world there are no turtles - apart from the ordinary sort, and so no protection from such disasters as huge rocks hitting the earth so hard as to create craters and change the climate, killing off any animals living on it.

You may think then that this world should be devoid of life; on the contary, life strives here. After all attacks of the planet life bonces back, a new species takes control of its enviroment and starts it's own culture.

But this is a godless world; the gods which the species worship are none exsistant or extremly well hidden.

The sun does not revolve around the planet as does on the discworld, but the other way around. The moon is also very important to the roundworld. It controls the tides. This may be to do with attraction and repulsion of water.

We have a lot to learn about this new and different world. PLEASE let us continue to study it. It is of great importance to use all!

P. Stibbons Reader in the Invisible Writings

We have decided to give this project to the Professer of Cruel and Unusual Geography; it is in keeping with his line of work

Dean of College

I will keep the Round World Project on the top shelf were it can remain untouched for safety.
