The Discworld Series

The Colour of Magic - Rincewind, a failed wizard meets the discs first ever tourist named Twoflower. Together they travel around the disc with the infamous Luggage; the most hostile and dangerous travel excessory in the history of any universe.

The Light Fantastic - More travel with Rincewind, Twoflowler and the Luggage. The wizards back at the UU want the spell incased in Rincewind's head; the'll stop at nothing to get it. Rincewind has his first incounter with Cohen the Barbarian and actually does some real magic.

Equal Rites - Esk was pronouced a wizard at birth. Only troble is she is a girl. The University only allows males to study wizardry. Granny Weatherwax, the village witch tries to train her to the female magic of witchcraft. But in her blood she is a wizard.

Mort - Mort works on his fathers farm. He is beyond useless; he thinks to much. Death decided to take him on as his apprentice. This is one big mistake. Led, probably by his glands, he saves a dead princess and tries to rewrite history.

Sourcery - Rincewind is back! The only trouble is there is a new sourcerer. An 8th son of and 8th son. He is powerful, and he wants to take over the University. Rincewind wants nothing to do with this of course, but the Archchancellor Hat has other ideas.

Wyrd Sister - This is based on the story of Macbeth. The king has been murdered. The country is crying out for a ruler who truely loves it. Can the witches find the true heir to the throne?

Pyramids - Teppic is sent to become an assassin. He actually manages to complete the grueling course. However, he is called back to his kingdom at the death of his father. He finds out that ruling is hard, especially when everyone thinks your a god.

Guard! Guards! - Carrot arrives in Ankh-Morpork and can hardly believe his eyes. There is a Guild of Theives for gods sake! Not to mention conjured dragons and drunk captains. It seems like the only person making sense is the oran-utang from the University.

Eric - Rincewind, currently between world is conjured by Eric, age 14. He has 3 simple wishes. To be ruler of the disk; to meet the most beautiful woman on the disk; to live forever. To Rincewinds surprize he can grant these wishes. But they don't seem to go according to Eric's well ment plans.

Moving Pictures - Due to an invention by the Alchemists Guild the glitz and glamour of Holy Wood is brought to Anhk-Morpork. When CMOT Dibbler gets involved you know things are going to go wrong.

Reaper Man - What happens when Death retires? Complete chaos. There are zombies and other asorted undead wandering around Ankh-Morkpork - more than usual anyway. Windle Poons, from the UU thought he was dead. Turns out his life was just beginning.

Witches Abroard - One of the witches is having family trouble, and this time its not Nanny. The coven have to go to "foreign part" to sort out a spot of bother in Genua. It's becoming a real fairy tale.

Small Gods

Lords and Ladies - Verence and Magrat are getting married. They invited some wizards from the UU. Ridcully, Ponder, the Bursar and the Librarian come to Lancre. However it is not as straight forward as it seems. There are elves, and they want to get back into the real world.

Men at Arms - The second in the series of books about Ankh-Morporks city guard. Vimes has to take on some new recruits before he leaves to marry Lady Sibile Ramkin. He wants men; what he got was: 1 female werewolf, 1 troll, 1 dwarf.

There is trouble afoot in the city. A deadly weapon has been stolen from the Assassins Guild. A fool has been murdered.

Soul Music - Rock 'n' Roll has hit Ankh-Morpork. The Band With Rocks in are a huge hit, not least with the wizards of the University. But the Archchancellor is worried. Could the music be alive?

Susan Sto Helit, daughter of Mort finds out that she has Inherited from her grandfather. But he has gone missing. What can she do? The Death of Rats and Quoth the raven are not helping.

Interesting Times - The Archchancellor receives word from the Counterweight Continent that a "Great Wizzard" should be sent immediatly. As there are no takers (surprisingly), Rincewind is chosen. His nightmares begin once again.

Maskerade - Nanny decides to spread her knowledge and has a "cookery" book published in Ankh-Morpork. The printers print the name "A Lancre witch" instead of Gytha Ogg. Granny is furious, everyone thinks she wrote the book! They decide to travel to Ankh-Morpork and have the book changed.

Nanny, however, has a hidden agenda. She wants another witch to replace Magrat in there tiny coven. Agnes Nitt seems just the girl. But shes gone to seek her fortune in the Ankh-Morpork Oprea House.

Feet of Clay - This is the third book featuring the guards. Golums, pottery slaves have been around for ages. Nobody thinks about them. They quietly do the menial jobs no-one else wants to do. But suddenly this changes. They want to produce and offspring.

Hogfather - It is the eve of a new year; Hogswatch is a family time; there are presents and lots of food. There is also the Hogfather, but this year he is missing. Who will take his job? A clue: HO HO HO.

Jingo - Ankh-Morpork is at war, and if there is one thing Vimes can't stand, its war. The Duke refuses to remain silent. It is only fishing rites after all.

The Last Continent - Rincewind is in XXX, he really doesn't want to be. The Librarian is sick and the faculty need Rincewind. They search for him, but end up in another reality. Typical of the faculty. They encounter a God of Evolution who doesn't have a clue about sex. Rincewind needs to help save the world again.

Carpe Jugulum - New-age vampires are invited to Lancre by Magrat and Venerence to celebrate the brith of Esme Margret (Notte Spelling). They try to take over. It is a battle of wills between Granny and the vampires; who will win?

Agnes is also immune to; they can't read her mind due to the influence of Perdita. Vlad is attracted to her because of this. Can she be tempted to the dark side?

The Fifth Elephant - Vimes is asked to go to Uber Wald as a diplomat. He is not please. He has to deal with vampires, weirwolves and dwarfs.

Meanwhile Fred Colon is left in charge of the watch after Carrot resigns to chase Angua to Uber Wald. Colon is scared out of his wits. He was never ment to be an officer.

The Truth - The 25th novel. William De Word writes a small news sheet for the gentry. When he hears about a printing press he starts to produce the Discs first ever newspaper: The Ankh-Morpork Times.

However, he soon has competion; The Observer. It doesn't care about the truth like William does, but it sells more copies. What can William do?

The Thief of Time - The Auditors of Reality are trying to take over again. They want to break into the Discworld. They try to mess with time.

Susan is dragged into the equasion by her grandfather. He tells her: THERE IS ANOTHER ONE LIKE YOU. What ever can that mean?
