BEER!!
Molson
Molson is one of my most favorite beers. It has been one of my favorites longer than any
other beer, and it is by far my favorite lager. Molson is the oldest brewery in North
America. They have their own website at www.Molson.com. Molson has always been a
huge sponsor of everything canadian and everything to do with partying for as long as
I've been alive and probably a whole lot longer. They have a "Molson Park" right
next to the brewery in Toronto, where they used to have concerts. They even used
to have free concerts, I'm not sure if they do any of that anymore though. I'm not
sure which but either Coors bought Molson or Molson bought Coors, but they are now
owned by the same company.
Fat tire
Fat Tire is a wonderful Amber Ale. It has a strong flavour that most people don't
really like much. It is, however one of my favorite beers. I love that thick taste
and is a perfect beer to start with. Although, you can't really drink it all night
long, because it's very filling. New Belgium brewery makes several other great beers.
My favorites of which are Blue Paddle and sunshine wheat. Blue paddle is a pilsner,
it's a little thicker than most other pilsners, but it rivals Labatt Blue for
being my favourite pilsner. Sunshine wheat is a filtered wheat beer. It is the perfect
morning beer, it has a sharp orange taste. Although I love to save them until the
morning after, they hardly ever last that long. This next strip is a collection of
the labels from their beers.
Bluemoon
Blue moon is a Belgian White Wheat beer. The only thing I can compare it to is
Heffeweisen, but it's completely different. Always drink this with a piece of
orange in it, that will enhjance the flavour immensely. It is however very good
without one too. Blue Moon, Fat Tire, and Molson are the three beers that are
almost required of me to buy everytime I go drinking.
Moosehead
Moosehead is another lager, not as good as Molson but close enough. It's one of the
most famous Canadian beers. It is a good finishing beer as it is more of light lager.
It has an almost apple taste when you've been drinking all night. I love this beer
and I used to buy it every weekend.
Labatts
Labatt Blue is a pilsner, and as I said earlier this and blue paddle are my two favourite
pilsners. Since I live in the U.S. now the only beer by Labatts they have is Labatts Blue.
Guiness
Guiness is a stout, a thick beer that it is best to start with because it is the most
filling beer I have ever drank. This is probably the most famed of beers,
and people either love it or hate it, there is no in between I love it draft, but bottle or can is just not the same.
