A bounty hunter born to a wealthy family residing in Silvereno.  Joesph is the son of a retired special forces soldier of the New German Republic.  At a very young age Joesph was extremely adept in firing a rifle, so adept in fact that he shot his first deer while hunting with his father at the age of 5. Through the years he honed his skills in shooting and became one of the best snipers the world has ever seen. 
          Joesph was born, raised, and educated in Berlin while his father worked in the special forces unit of the NGR military.  After finishing high school, he joined the military where he worked alongside his father as a combat sniper.  His superior skills with a rifle attained him the rank of Sergeant during the time he served in the army. After his father retirement, Joesph took a temporary leave of absense from the NGR military to move to America with his family. On his 21st birthday, he recieved a NG-X9 Samson (traded for a TPA-006 heavy flying titan recently) from his father as a present and left Silvereno to earn a living as a mercenary instead of leeching money off his family.  For the next 3 years he worked as a mercenary in North America but then decided that he should return to the NGR military.  The former sniper is now currently working in the special forces division of the NGR military and is part of a special task force assigned to hunt down a terrorist group responsible for several bombings in Berlin and neighboring cities of the NGR killing over a thousand innocent civilains. So far his search has brought him back to North America.

Naruni camaflouge armor with 80 MDC, an extra suit of T-10 Cyclops Armor (100 MDC), and naurni medium forcefield (75 MDC).
Disposition:
Cocky and overconfident. Is usually insubordinate and hates authority but is loyal to his home country of the NGR and to the mission he is assigned to. As a mercenary, Joesph is not bias and has no feelings of discrimination and will work for any organization who will pay him well regardless of whether they are CS or mages.
Appearence:
Tall and medium-build (6' tall and 180 pounds).  Has short curly blonde hair that is combed back and a red bandana around his forehead.  Speaks American English with a slight German accent. Dressed in black armor with a jet pack the size of a small backpack attached to the back of his armor.  Attached to the right side of the jet pack is a western like six shooter in a holster.There are a couple of energy pistols placed in dual armpit holsters.  Around his torso are two crossed belts/bandoliers(naurni medium forcefield) holding six grenades.  To his side is a large laser rifle/grenade laucher(JA-12) with a sniper scope mounted at the top.  Around his thighs are a couple of utility beats modified to fit around the thighs instead of the waist.  He has a vibro-knife attached onto the side of his right boot and a TX-5 pump pistol in a holster strapped to his left boot. (think Boba Fett)
