Gold Dragon (Hatchling) RCC:

     
The gold dragon is an extremely rare type of dragon which grants good luck to beings of good alignment within a certain distance to it and bad luck to beings of evil alignment within that same distance.  Their appearance is exactly like Asain dragons with a serpent-like appearance.  This species of dragon is so rare in fact that there is rumored to be only a few hundred left in the megaverse. 

Alignment: Principled or Scrupulous only
Attributes(hatchling): IQ: 5D6 ME: 5D6 MA: 4D6 PS: 5D6 PP: 4D6 PE: 4D6 PB: 5D6 SPD: 5D6 running and 1D6x10 flying.
MDC(hatchling): 1D6x100
Horror Factor: 12 when in dragon form
PPE: 3D6x10 plus 10 per level.
ISP: 2D4x10 plus ME.
Natural Abilities: Impervious to poison, toxins, drugs, and gases, nightvision 100ft., see the invisible, turn invisible at will, fire and cold resistant(does half damage), bio-regenerates 1D6x10 MDC per 5 minutes, metamorphosis at will 4 hours per level, teleport self 28 +2% per level, and dimensional teleport at a ley line nexus.
Holy Breath(special): 1D6x10 MD x3 damage to beings of evil alignment. Range: 100 ft. and 6ft. wide.
Luck Aura(special): Provides the following bonuses to beings of good alignment within 50 feet: +3 to initiative, +1 to combat rolls, +1 melee action, and +1 to saving throws.
Negative aura(special): Provides the following bonuses to beings of evil alignment within 50 feet: -3 to initiative, -1 to combat rolls, -1 melee action, and -1 to saving throws.
Note: At this oint the dragon cannot control who he gives the auras to so it is everyone with the raduis.
Psionic Powers: Major psionic with 6 psionics from the healing, physical or sensitive categories plus one psionic per level including super.
Magic Knowledge: Can use techno-wizardry devices without instruction, read magic, use scrolls, and recognize magic circles, rune weapons and enchantments. Starts with 3 spells from each of the levels 1-4 so 12 spells in total.  The dragon intuitively knows an extra 2 spells(any level) per level of experience
Bonuses: +1 to strike,parry, and dodge, +2 to initiative, +2 to roll/pull punch, , + 4 to save vs. horror factor, +1 to all other saving throws.
Combat: Hand to Hand: Basic with 4 physical attackes or two by magic.
RCC skills: Basic and advanced math 98%, speaks and literate in Dragonese/elven and 4 other languages of choice at 98%, demon and monster lore and fairie lore at first level profiency. Choose another 20 skills from the following categories: communications, domestic, espionage, military, physical (no hand to hand combat skills), rogue, science, technical, wilderness, and weapon proficiency all at first level.
Habitat: Anywhere in the megaverse.
Money: Doesn't start with any.
Average Life span: 8000 years
Enemies: Evil beings of any kind.
