Over the last 15+ years as a Senior Marketing executive and General Manager, I�ve combined my expertise at running effective and efficient organizations with my creative talent for designing, developing and implementing winning marketing initiatives and CRM programs, producing measurable results in areas like market share, cost per lead and total customer lifetime value.

Having just completed a successful engagement as Senior Vice President and General Manager for the Microsoft account on behalf of MRM Partners, a division of McCann Worldgroup, I am ready to take on a new challenge on either the agency or client side of Relationship Marketing.

At MRM, I was responsible for opening and building out a new agency office in Seattle.  But the high point of my engagement with MRM was not the simple growing an office from zero to forty plus employees in less than one year and generating a new multi-million dollar revenue stream, it was the creation of special services that have added significant value for Microsoft and now provide two unique centers of excellence for all of MRM and McCann Worldgroup.

I invented and operationalized iMpact, a design and production group specializing in quick turn and lost cost tactical campaign execution and oversaw the creation of the Global Edit Desk, a publishing-based branded content group providing content development and management as well as broad editorial services to all of Microsoft�s divisions and product groups.

My success at MRM and Microsoft comes on the heels of my achievements with other companies large and small.  At VMC Consulting, I created a comprehensive marketing strategy that contributed to the rapid growth of this startup recently named one of the top 100 publicly held companies in Washington and featured in Forbes magazine.

At Fortune 500 brands like Gateway and T-Mobile I led the development, implementation and management of integrated CRM strategies as their Directors of Relationship Marketing.  The combination of strategic planning, segmentation, creative development, program testing, tactical execution and quantitative measurement all combined to produce their CRM success.

Prior, I spent 10 years in progressively more responsible marketing and sales management roles for Lufthansa German Airlines, culminating in my position as General Manger for the Western USA, where in addition to having P&L responsibilities for a $250 Million dollar market,  I was a pioneer in the successful use of interactive and targeted direct response marketing.

In addition to being a proven executive leader, I feel fully confident in calling myself a bonifide CRM guru. What I've done in an agency role at MRM Partners/McCann Worldgroup and on the client side for companies like Gateway, T-Mobile and Lufthansa, I can do for your company.
