1 LARGE CAN PINK SALMON
1/4 C.FLOUR
1 egg
CHOPPED ONION IF DESIRED
PUT SALMON IN LARGE BOWL REMOVE BONES.
STIR IN ALREADY MIXED UP EGG.
THEN POUR IN FLOUR AND ROLL INTO BALLS.
PUT THEM IN HOT FRYING OIL IN SKILLET.
REMOVE WHEN BROWN.
