Once in every life, one is hit by a great inspiration. In a blinding flash of light and reason, you see the cause that God has put you on Earth to accomplish. For me, that cause is to lead a movement to free Cole Harbour, and the denizens of Cole Harbour, from our Canadian oppresors! If this leads me to sainthood, martyrdom, or perhaps the Imperial throne of the new Cole Harbour state, is all yet to be seen.
Seem a little silly to you, the idea of us Cole Harbourites being oppressed by Canada? Well, I suggest you stop laughing, and start looking at the facts. Unemployment is higher here than the national urban average. The Canadian Prime Minister does not speak our language: English. The mayor of Halifax won't plow most of our streets, but he has plenty of time for his South End buddies - despite the fact that we pay the same property taxes.
Beginning to see the truth now? Our national government forgets us, marginalizes us. Our local government squanders resources in catering to Greater Halifax interests. Why else would they spend thousands on ads publicizing Halifax... in Halifax? For no reason other than propganda, to keep the repressed suburbanite fringe under thumb! You can see how they play region against region, marginallizing areas like Cole Harbour. (Not to mention our cousins in the struggle in Spryfield, Bedford, North End Dartmouth, Herrings Cove, etc.)
For these and many other reasons, the time is ripe for the nation of Cole Harbour to define itself! Thus, I ask for your support with the CHSF. For the benefit of potential members and supporters, I have provided the following information about the party and our struggle. Thank you, and God bless!
