Psalm 37:39-40
39 But the salvation of the righteous is from the LORD; He is their strength in time of trouble. 40 And the LORD helps them, and delivers them; He delivers them from the wicked, and saves them, because they take refuge in Him.

Psalm 41:1-2
1 How blessed is he who considers the helpless; the LORD will deliver him in a day of trouble. 2 The LORD will protect him, and keep him alive, and he shall be called blessed upon the earth; and do not give him over to the desire of his enemies.

Psalm 55:16-23
16 As for me, I shall call upon God, and the LORD will save me. 17 Evening and morning and at noon, I will complain and murmur, and He will hear my voice. 18 He will redeem my soul in peace from the battle which is against me, for they are many who strive with me. 19 God will hear and answer them-- even the one who sits enthroned from of old-- Selah. With whom there is no change, and who do not fear God. 20 He has put forth his hands against those who were at peace with him; He has violated his covenant. 21 His speech was smoother than butter, but his heart was war; His words were softer than oil, yet they were drawn swords. 22 Cast your burden upon the LORD, and He will sustain you; He will never allow the righteous to be shaken. 23 But Thou, O God, wilt bring them down to the pit of destruction; men of bloodshed and deceit will not live out half their days. But I will trust in Thee.

Psalm 91:14-16
14 "Because he has loved me, therefore I will deliver him; I will set him securely on high, because he has known My name. 15 "He will call upon me, and I will answer him; I will be with him in trouble; I will rescue him, and honor him. 16 "With a long life I will satisfy him, and let him behold My salvation."

Psalm 145:18-21
18 The LORD is near to all who call upon Him, to all who call upon Him in truth. 19 He will fulfill the desire of those who fear Him; He will also hear their cry and will save them. 20 The LORD keeps all who love Him; but all the wicked, He will destroy. 21 My mouth will speak the praise of the LORD; and all flesh will bless His holy name forever and ever.

Psalm 86:6-8
6 Give ear, O LORD, to my prayer; and give heed to the voice of my supplications! 7 In the day of my trouble I shall call upon Thee, for Thou wilt answer me. 8 There is no one like Thee among the gods, O Lord; nor are there any works like Thine.
