I have never noticed before that Lucinda married a Cates and her niece Mary
Alice married a Cates. I wonder if Mary Alice married a cousin. The story
goes that Louis, her dad, didn't like Mary's husband and banned her from
ever coming back home again to visit or anything.

He was married to Mary Magdalene "Molly" LABAUME on 25 Sep 1873 in Cooke County, TX.
