A profile of István
by Enikõ

In this column of our class magazine we usually introduce famous people. From today on we would like to interview everyday people. They often have more fascinating adventures than their better-known counterparts.

For our first interview, we had a talk with István. Let’s see his profile.

He was born in Nagykáta a few decades ago. After his schooldays he began to work on a cruiser. On the whole, the job was really hard, but it gave him a lot of experience. He had the opportunity to meet people from remote countries and to visit exotic shores. We can say without a doubt he has travelled all over the world. To some extent, his job could have helped him to learn how to communicate with strangers, how to treat unpleasant guests in a friendly manner.

Today he works on land, but in the summertime he often goes abroad with his family. He has visited Britain too, where he greatly enjoyed the Soho area. As he said the difference between Britain and Hungary wasn’t as considerable as he had thought before. The language, which has helped him to discover countries isn’t taken too difficult for him.
